John Gilleece, Susan Jasper and Peggy Page Press, three board members from The Rockaway Theatre Company in Rockaway, New York. Not only is the RTC a special place for the crew (It's where John, Frank and Danielle met) But it is the heart of a thriving artistic scene in a small community. They discuss what community theater means, it's importance and its overall value from as personal and professional standpoint.
